Tina Brouwer is well known for her story telling imagery. She focuses on the unique moments that happen in between.
She captures the day in a way that allows anyone viewing the photos to be transported to the moment captured.
By incorporating good story telling elements such as details, portraits, peak moments and emotion, the photos of your wedding day will remind you of every detail, laugh or tear, and the people that came together to support your love.
Tina has photographed weddings for 14 years all around the country and the globe. From the Redwoods to Thailand, she has documented the unique stories of people from all over covering unique ceremonies to exotic locations. This has given her great flexibility with her clients and prepared her for even the most photographically challenging environments.
She is an award winning documentary photographer and recognized by the ISPWP and WPJA and has had her work featured in Chicago Luxury Brides, Modern Luxury Bride, Kentucky Bride, The Knot Chicago, Chicago Social, Brides Chicago, San Fransisco Chronicle, and People Magazine. Additionally, she has been featured on many blogs including Carats and Cake and Style Me Pretty.
Tina was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and considers it her photography home; however, she currently lives full time in Kentucky where she started her own non-profit Forest School where she spends her days sharing her love of nature with her daughter and her Forest School community.
